Payments

Due to an increased level of no shows for first booking, we now require a £20 deposit to be paid to secure your initial consulatation or grooming booking slot. We would appreciate at least 48hr notice to cancel your appointment if you can’t make it, we reserve the right to retain your deposit if cancellation is made less than 24hr before your sheduled appointment.
